Kathy Donoghue

Director, Business Analysis

Kathy has worked in the trade show industry since 1994, including full-time roles at Champion Exposition Services and Freeman, where she led design, development, and implementation teams across operations and systems. She joined Well Suited Solutions in 2012 and now partners with other trade show general contractors to translate operational realities into clear, actionable software requirements that work for stakeholders, developers, and end users alike.

Daniel Meltzer

Principal, Development

Daniel spent years in the trade show industry as a full-time employee at Champion Exposition Services and Freeman, building and supporting the systems that run general service contractor operations. He founded Well Suited Solutions in 2012 to bring that same hands-on experience to other trade show general contractors, delivering cost-effective, practical software that fits how event teams actually work.
